| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment using our online payment provider. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We are no longer able to accept credit cards over the phone. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order this is possible, just select the option as your payment method. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We don't aim to make any money on postage. The price you pay is the cost to us plus the packaging costs and any VAT that is due. Since the introduction of Royal Mail's new Price in Proportion charging, it is impossible to get all the correct options online. If we find that you have been significantly overcharged or that we can send your order cheaper by the selected service we will refund the difference to you. Hopefully this will be a very rare thing as we have carefully organised the postage rates. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. Our dispatch schedule is to send out your order the same or next working day to receipt of payment. We will always send an email to the address you supply advising you of the day of dispatch. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday - although we sometimes work over the weekend, the carriers to not class these as working days. Once the item is dispatched delivery times are in accordance with the carriers guidelines and it is out of our control to speed these up or to trace them unless a trackable service has been chosen. In the highly unlikely event that your order is lost by the carrier service we will of course do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges We are not a VAT registered company so there is no VAT included in the price and there is none to be added. |
| Credit Card Security The card processing company that we use have state of the art encryption and your details will be safely transferred to their systems. We do not at any point receive your card details and therefore keep no record of them on our computers or on website. |
| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All items dispatched are new unless otherwise clearly detailed in the description. We expect all items to arrive with you in the condition they are sent out, should you have any problems with items damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and contact us. We will resolve such issues through compensation or replacement, although to do this you must retain any damaged items and packaging either for return to us or inspection by the carrier. |
